Garg Group had its humble beginning in the year 1937 with a Cloth Trading Shop and in 1957; foundation of Garg Group was laid down by our founder Lt. Shri D.C. Garg. Garg Group is an India based multifaceted business group that collaborates with entrepreneurs to create successful partnerships across multiple business verticals. Ravi Iron Limited: the iron and steel trading arm of the group was established in 1969. It is one of the largest steel trading houses of North India and is also one of the biggest dealers of Steel Authority of India (SAIL). In the process of continuously reinventing ourselves, RAVI SOLAR (Subsidiary of Ravi Iron Ltd.) has been established with an objective of contributing towards the society by providing solar energy solutions to the wide range of customers.
Leadership
Mr. Late Shri Dinesh Chand Garg,
He was the first Mayor of Ghaziabad and held this position for two consecutive terms from 1997 to 2007. Apart from his political and professional achievements, Shri D.C. Garg was a prolific author and publisher, having penned numerous taxation books that continue to be revered and referenced to this day.
Shri D.C. Garg dedicated his life to uplifting the less fortunate and championing various social causes and was a true reformist and visionary. He believed in utilizing business as an instrument of national service.
The values that defined Shri D.C. Garg—simplicity, morality, trust, and adaptability—have become the cornerstone of Garg Group's ethos.
Mr. Ravi Garg, Director
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and is also a Law graduate. He is a pioneering figure in the steel trade in Western Uttar Pradesh and has served as the Secretary of Loha Vyapaar Sangh, Ghaziabad, for over 20 years. Mr. Garg's visionary leadership and business acumen have been instrumental in the remarkable success of Ravi Iron Limited.
With over 48 years of experience in marketing and distribution of steel, Mr. Garg is recognized as an authority in his field and stands as one of the foundational pillars of the group. His continuous guidance and wealth of experience have played a pivotal role in propelling the group to unprecedented levels of success.
Mr. Manu Garg, Managing Director
is a trailblazer of the group. He is credited with the establishment of the Real Estate vertical within Garg Group and the successful development of Golf Links, a landmark township in Ghaziabad. He played a pivotal role in steering the Land Craft brand to new heights, overseeing the successful launch and completion of various Real Estate projects in Delhi NCR.
A management graduate with a specialization in Finance and Marketing, Mr. Garg commenced his career in portfolio management, achieving success in effectively managing and delivering profits to investors. Since joining the Group, in just five years, he transformed Ravi Iron into one of the largest steel trading houses in North India.
Actively contributing to the real estate sector, Mr. Garg is a prominent member of CREDAI and served as the Chairman of the CREDAI conclave committee for three consecutive years. Currently holding the position of President at CREDAI RNE, he was instrumental in the formation of the Raj Nagar Extension Developers Association (now CREDAI RNE). His innovative campaign to develop Raj Nagar Extension earned him the Times Innovative Marketing Award.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Garg is an avid golfer and cyclist. His multifaceted expertise and leadership continue to make significant contributions to the success and growth of the Garg Group.
Mr. Love Agrawal
He has a huge experience in marketing and management and has worked all over India in various companies and capacities. He comes with a great experience of managing things in the Real Estate Sector and was instrumental in setting up a 100 Acre Township in Delhi NCR. He is an expert in financial and accounting matters and heads the government liaison in the company.
Mr. Vivek Dutt, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
He is an ex-bureaucrat from the 99 batch of Civil Services. He has worked all over India in various senior capacities and has handled various sensitive matters in the Government of India. During his stint in the Government of India, he represented his Country in various International Organizations and Forums. He is an expert in administration and legal matters. He has a huge experience of managing large number of personnel in the Government of India and has been the In Charge of the Training Academies. He is also an expert in Cyber Matters. He has excellent inter personnel skills.
Post his stint with the Government of India spanning 23 years, he has joined RSRPL as Chief Executive Officer.

A humble start: Cloth Trading Shop
Son of Lala Nandkishore, Shri Ram Kishan Das Bajaj establishes a cloth trading shop in GHAZIABAD. Gains reputation and trust of small farmers and businessmen who start depositing their savings with Shri Bajaj rather than banks.
Inception of Garg Group:
Shri D.C. Garg becomes the first CA in GHAZIABAD District and starts D.C.Garg & Company, a Chartered Accountancy firm that is still in operation.
Garg Group establishes Law & Management House.

Kailashwati Krishi Udyog Vidyalay:
Garg Group establishes Kailashwati Krishi Udyog Vidyalay, a School dedicated for Skill Development and job-oriented training of farmers and masses. Skill Development programs are still being run in the School.
Ravi Iron Limited
Ravi Iron Limited is one of the largest Steel Trading houses of North India and is also one of the biggest dealers of Steel Authority of India Limited. It has a long term contract with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (Vizag Steel) and has a prestigious client base like MITSUI, Honda, Hindustan Unilever etc.
Dhoom Dadri Rolling Mills:
The Group establishes Dhoom Dadri Rolling Mills also known as Ram Kishan Ispat, a leading industry of its time. It manufactured ISI-marked Steel and Girders till 1987
In 1987, Mr. Atul Garg, son of Shri D.C. Garg and a serial entrepreneur started an arm that specialized in turning around sick units. He acquired and disposed more than 50 industries across the country including TATA Oil Mill, HLL Group’s Lipton India, Dalda Vanaspati, Ajanta Textiles, Harsha Tractors, Punj Lloyd Champion Cell, Modi Vanaspati, Kanpur Steel Rolling Mills and many moreld('history_content').
Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology:
KIET, today is one of the most sought after and a top ranking Engineering College in U.P. It is spread across 17.6 acres and has consistently topped the list of 400 plus Institutions in UPTU attracting some of the brightest students.
Garg Group establishes Krishna Engineering College, GHAZIABAD. In a short span of time, it has quickly moved up to be among the top 10 Colleges of UPTU.
